Never. Every decision about what stays or goes is yours. My role is to help you think through your options clearly, not pressure you in any direction. You’re always in control.

We set aside items for donation, recycling, or disposal. I can suggest local options for responsible drop‑off, and we can arrange at least one car load of donations to a charity on your behalf.

That is completely okay. I’m not here to judge your home — I’m here to help make it easier to live in. The point is to start where you are, no matter what that looks like.

Absolutely. Your privacy and trust are always respected. I don’t share photos, details, or stories about your home without your explicit permission.

Yes. Virtual sessions are available if you prefer guidance and support remotely, or if you’re outside my in‑person service area.

Pricing depends on the scope of your project, and I’ll share a clear estimate after an initial consultation. Travel within Halton Region is complimentary; for appointments outside Halton, I may add a modest travel fee, which I’ll always outline upfront. Enquiries are free and come with no obligation to book.
